Was the “ sending off “ on the highlights?

So you agree that something that is not a foul in the rule book can change purely because the ref made a mistake earlier?

can you answer the example about the dive then?

If he gives a foul for a dive by a player in the 10th minute then does that mean that every dive then on is actually a foul on the basis that he gave the first one?

hmmmm

just asking about the fouls cause i can't remember, but if they were before the equaliser then surely you could say not sending the player off may have had an effect?

They were late on

And I’m not sure they were any worse than some of the tackles from Aberdeen btw. I think people are seeing what they want to see

Can’t give one and not the other,
------------------------------------------------

Of course you can.

Being consistent for the sake of it at the cost of ignoring the rules of the game would take him from just being incompetent to completely idiotic.

seems like I dont know the game at all!!

Didnt know if a player flys into a tackle straight legged, studs up and breaks the guys leg but the ref doesnt give a foul for it. Then officially for the rest of that game that same tackle is now allowed and you can break as many legs as you want.

Man its harder being a ref than I thought.... I didnt know rules evolve during a game depending on what fouls you miss or give.

From memory Shinnie does Mcrorie ref waves play on and holt done ball in first half.

Yellow holt

Then Considine does Candeias and goss comes over and does Considine

No reds for me. I thought both teams were going in tough and can have no real complaints

The obvious complaint is the penalty but seems we can’t have that

Was just checking it made the highlights , so you’d actually see it

i dont think it was a penalty but tbh it took me about 10 views to see who touched it first

Strong tackles made (from both sides), no foul given. Schit happens.

Penalty given and resulting goal changing the game is completely different.

On the radio, they debated if it should have been red as well, and were all pretty incredulous he didn’t even get booked for it.

Yet the ref didn’t hesitate. Couldn’t have been in any doubt which is surprising given most seem to agree it wasn’t a pen

I’d say so.

It’s almpst as if certain posters are trying to rewrite history in a desperate attempt not too give rangers a break. I’m sure I’m wrong tho and it just seems that way

his view is different though can see the aberdeen player touch the ball no doubt but not morelos.

as i say, with the benefit of replays not a pen but i can see why he thought it was.

Hhhhmm bbc I’m guessing ?

Did they wet their panties over candeias getting elbowed by Considine?

Or Morelos getting elbowed by McKenna?

I disagree, he couldn’t really have been in a better position imo

Unobstructed 2 yards away looking right at it

i think macleans foot obstructs his view of morelos tbh

snap decision, but a wrong one imo but again it took me a good few views to say it wasnt a penalty.

Can’t remember. I didn’t hear the full game and was on the phone as well when I was driving. Sorry.

Wasn’t it McLean who also didn’t see anything wrong with bowman elbow on cardoso?

Pretty sure it was.
