Chronic , you have criticised the club for the transfer situation and also the stadium. You said yourself the stadium was a farce. He does. There's a lot of hypocrisy that goes on on this board with fans. Sandy is another example, shooting down fans for complaining with his track record for doing the same. Calling fans bed wetters when he was wetting the bed at the idea of Spurs collapsing at the end of last season.

And won what in the near 20 years under Levy's leadership ? A lot of that it down to Pochettino's brilliant work. I have never disputed Levy as a brilliant businessman, that I can't deny. But I just wish he would just leave the transfers the f** alone and back our best manager we had in years. Maybe we would then stand a chance of winning trophies

I was out drinking the other day with my bro in law (whos monster West Ham but will never forgive them for the OS move) and a Gooner mate of his that I'd never met tagged along. As the Stella went down he got braver and he started with the whole little big man "spuuds new stadium is a toilet seat, you never win fack all, no new signings" so I had to remind him that being Spurs I am considerably harder than him so he should pipe down. He apologised then started welling up and told me his wife had just left him. I can't think why? Haha

Anyway the point is I expect it from idiots like him but not from Spurs boys. All that matters is 3 points tomorrow.

Completely agree it wasn't the approach Pochettino would have wanted but it's done now. Anything other than two quality signings in CM and ST and I reckon we'd be in the same boat anyway with chasing top four and an okay cup run somewhere.

Time to put it aside until the season ends. Achieving top four won't change anyone's opinion anyway. Let's move into new stadium, 'sacrifice' a few months there getting use to the pitch and atmosphere and give it a go 2019/20.

So basically Levy has had a bad few months and done a few good things and it warrants this animosity from you Spurtle?

im sure he would have wanted any transfers done early... and they weren't.. that's life... you cant always get everything you want. poch has come out and said that he is going to roll his sleeves up and get on with it.. meanwhile you are still here throwing tantrums and wanting the best chairman we have had for absolutely ages to be booted out because of a few questionable decisions.

If Spurs won a trophy this season, I would be over the moon. I'll be first to come on and say fair enough I was wrong and we won a trophy without any new signings. Question is, if we fail to make top 4, I certainly don't see yoU coming on here and saying Don/Spurtle we're right, our terrible transfer window ended up costing us.
