I don't believe that being drunk can always be used as an excuse for this sort of disorder.

I believe it is a subconscious mindset of those who can not properly regulate moral behaviour with public disorder. Meaning that when they are sober, they are less likely to do this but wouldn't think anything less of it. But when they are under the influence of alcohol, their inner moronic demons comes alive.

Its dangerous obviously.

Same with motorists who sit their using their phones, just because 'nothing bad happened' they excuse themselves for it.

Well, obviously it's not, or how do you explain Autobahn speeds

But you're right about driving while using phones, they really need to start fining people massively or just banning them from driving altogether
Twice in recent months I've had to jump on my brakes as cars driven by young girls on their phones have came across into the side of the road I'm driving on

I also agree about those who use their phones while driving. So dangerous and stupid not to mention selfish of them. It's so widespread and common that it has become an infamous culture in itself.

People just don't give a damn about others on the road. Until one of their own loved ones or they themselves becomes another statistic on the death toll or are permanent disabled due to the carelessness of other mobile phone using drivers.

But you're right about driving while using phones,”

You cite the Autobahn for speeding. In the US they’re allowed to use their phone whilst driving.

I’m not condoning either btw.

Honestly don't see a problem with doing say 90 on a motorway, as long as the conditions are good and the traffic is not to heavy

Speeding in town though boils my blood

I've seen an autobahn smash.. as it happens I was driving back from Basel to Germany after the Europa final. It was absolutely pelting down raining and jnr was in the car with me.

Idiot obviously got carried away and facked himself and others up. It wasn't pretty, and we were stopped for 2hrs while emergency crews came.

If we had left 5 mins earlier could have affected us.

Same if jnr and I were in an area with these drunk idiots, could get caught up in it just for being there.

In some states , not all.
Florida made me laugh.

Cell phone use allowed while operating a car as long as the sound goes through only one ear.
