They scored 28 in first 10 last game?

those bookies are taking bets all day for those 10 over spells , just think their middle order will be their undoing at a crunch time

314 is quite a dissapointing score for India considering they were 180/0 after 29 overs

Let's not let the usual suspects ruin the thread.

Shami again!! to think - he was not in the first 11 at the start...

Ive always rated him. Can be a touch expensive some times but he takes wickets. He should be starting every time

He's given the selectors a good headache. Has been excellent this WC....took his chance and warrants a starting spot.

To all the regulars on here, who is you Player of the tournament so far?

For me it's Starc. He's bailed out Australia on at least 4 occasions and along with being leading wicket taker and having the best individual figures, he's been stand out.

Warner for me....was under pressure with the ball tampering, and in hostile territory. He's shown good character and some top quality knocks to go with it

______

Lot of cricket yet to play but as it stands, Rohit Sharma.

Most of the pitches have been assisting batting and bowling...and not exactly flat wickets as such...bowlers have lot of assist...but despite of all that Rohit has been scoring big runs...makes him special.

Australia have had 3 standout performers thus far in Finch, Warner and Starc.

In the batting department though, the likes of Sharma, Shakib, Williamson and Root are also performing to a pretty decent standard. So neither Finch nor Warner have stood out above the rest, despite what Warner has gone through.

Therefore I'd have to agree that Starc has been the player of the tournament so far as he has been standout above the rest. Shakib has had a fantastic tournament too but Starc has produced more matching winning contributions.

Awful delivery to lose your wicket to.

Player of the tournament has to be Shai Hope

Shakib for me, bowls 10 overs pretty much every game and does a very good job. Bowls at crucial times too, sometimes in the first 10 overs and the death also. Bats at 3 and has scored heavily this tournament.

So for his all round game, I've gotta to go Shakib.

Are you still investigating his stumping?

I'd say Mitchell Starc player of the tournament thus far.
