I’m pretty lucky, my metabolism is ridiculous. Will burn it off so quickly it’s unreal.

Drink a lot of beer at the weekends, but don't drink at all during the week.

I don't gain or lose weight no matter what I do. Lucky I guess.

yeah I'm usually a bit like that. I find a put it on around my chin though so I have reduced alcohol consumption and eating fewer carbs.
