He hardly ever gets mentioned but Nemanja Vidic is easily my favourite defender of the premier league. Was a monster at his best

So many great ones. I feel like Rooney doesn’t get the credit he deserves at times, due to his dramatic drop off. But he was outrageous for about 5 seasons.

My favourite player to watch is Henry, but Suarez probably has the devastating single season I’ve ever seen. Then you have the likes of Gerrard, Lampard, Ferdinand, Terry, Shearer, giggs and Scholes who all did it at the top level for such a long time.

Another wonderful cb. Ashley Cole is the most appreciated player in the world at one point.

If anyone ever watches Bale's goals, they are amazing including the overhead scissor kicks in a CL final when he came on and singlehandedly destroyed Liverpool

Yet he doesn't get the credit he deserves because salty bitter rivals.

If Bale had returned to these shores again, he would without doubt destroy opposition defenses a new one, it doesn't matter who that is

Unsurprisingly Liverpool fans go for Liverpool players, United fans for United players, Chelsea fans for Chelsea players.

I said English fans will get scarfy.

I love watching Bale (one of my favourite players) but it was at Real Madrid that he came to fruition, at Spurs he had potential but never top of the charts

Sane for Ronaldo, outstanding at United but it was Real Madrid that he escalated his ability. Probably still in my top 2 players with Maradona ever.
