Actually it is.
Once a complaint is raised, evidence is passed on and an internal investigation takes place. Depending upon the seriousness and sensitivity of the accusation individuals may be temporarily suspended.
Nobody is sacked.
If serious enough an external investigator may be called in and everything handed over to them. The company then step aside.
Depending on the outcome people may be sacked. Or they may not.
But.
You do not get sackings and/or suspensions because someone makes an unsubstantiated complaint.

Its a lot of nonsense, there was evidence and then a dossier and it would only be released if people resigned now it will only be released if there is an independent enquiry not by Deloitte apparently.

Actually it is.
Once a complaint is raised, evidence is passed on and an internal investigation takes place. Depending upon the seriousness and sensitivity of the accusation individuals may be temporarily suspended.
Nobody is sacked.
If serious enough an external investigator may be called in and everything handed over to them. The company then step aside.
Depending on the outcome people may be sacked. Or they may not.
But.
You do not get sackings and/or suspensions because someone makes an unsubstantiated complaint.
Idiots.
