Such as Kate saying that the curtains wafted up when she entered the room because the window was open. Yet the police photos show that the curtains are pinned tight behind the chair and bed. So did the rearrange the curtains before running to the tapas bar screaming that Maddie had been abducted?
As I said, I am not of the opinion that they were directly involved in the disappearance. But I do believe that they invented a version of events in an attempt to make themselves look less culpable. And the inconsistencies within their story slowed down the investigation.
She was obviously abducted otherwise shed have been returned to them / handed in to police a few hours maximum.

I was sure it was a Liverpool fan, as I remember thinking about the Hillsborough cover-up and thinking about how I had always thought one of the coppers would crumble through guilt if it was a police cover-up

The McCanns are definitely guilty of neglect, they are probably not involved in the actual kidnapping itself, and their odd behaviour will probably illicit different reactions from different people.

I mean I’m not mad on conspiracies, but they’re usually bandied about when the facts don’t add up to the purported scenario. In this case that is definitely apparent.
But with all the Prince Philip/Epstein carap flying around, and with the amount of backing they’ve had from our Govt, then the Saville shiyte with the Royal family as well, I don’t see how anybody can confidently rule out a huge cover up.
The amount of paedos that operate in this country is diabolical.
And the moment mainstream tv put out a program asking whether independent paedo hunters are good for us, I had to think back to the protection these vile monsters get.
