Jack has been out for so long that surely he can’t be considered as a “first teamer” even if and when he does return.

Morelos will be a big miss for you which is cancelled out by Kyogo.

Losing McGregor at the weekend on top of everything else says any hope we did have of taking the three points has probably disappeared. At this stage I’d be happy with a draw but have to say I’m far more concerned about Wednesdays game.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
we did the maths earlier , Kyogo is 0.615 the player that morelos is.

McGregor would be a massive miss for the Scvmbos game, maybe Bitton or O'Reilly instead?

Not confident about getting a result now

Agreed on Arfield being the most likely alongside Kamara if it's a 4-2-3-1.

Wouldn't be surprised if it's 4-3-3 though with Hagi dropped for Davis. Someone to help us keep the ball and try and control the tempo Arfield isn't great at that.

Sakala's best chance of playing in that game is if we go 4-3-3 and drop Aribo into the midfield 3.

As for Jack, fair enough but if he gets back to form he's in.

I dont think Gio has used a 433 yet though has he? its always been 4-2-3-1. one sitting mid, one box to box and one as a 10 (free role) aribo

i feel like luck hasn't been with us this season, but i also feel we should have been quicker to appoint a manager and to get his players in.

i don't expect to win the league this year, we never have a settled 11 and its been really dispruptive.

We have 2 tough games to go and whatever injuries we get in they games to go before we worry about next Wednesday

thats my concern mate, we're basing next week on the injuries we have now, we have 2 more games to play and its likely that we will have more bodies out before then.

Our mistake was not being assertive enough with Howe. Our fault but I suppose there was the usual “We’re Celtic don’t you know” arrogance combined with the fear factor born out of the fwck up of the previous season.

tbh i think it typified our passive approach to recruitment ginger.

no rush to do anything, real laziness behind it imo.

Nah not yet.

I think we have been using Aribo as RW under him, Hagi in the 10.

Mainly because Hagi can't run.

Yep. Typical arrogance. I’d like to think that has gone now with recent events but I won’t be holding my breath.

Arfield has been great for Gio, if he’s fit then has to play with Aribo in front in 4231.

Sakala suits the Celtic game perfectly for me and has been better than both Kent and Wright so will be disappointed if he doesn’t start. Especially with Roofe likely up top given he often drops deep.

you could see anges frustration in the summer.

i wonder silver if that was part of the reason mckay was binned, really landed in a role that he had to hit the ground running.
