Why should Celtic 'certainly' have enough to take care of these teams?

Celtic haven't beaten Rangers for 2 years yet you think a celtic team missing its top two strikers and three of their first choice midfield players should 'certainly' be enough.

Seems a slightly overly confident conclusion to come to.

As I said previously - of course celtic are capable of winning the OF game - I just think the outcome is far from a certainty at this stage.
