Is he responsible for its creation or release?
----------------------------------------------------------------------

That doesn't matter.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

It is of you are blaming him for it.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
No it doesn't.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Of course it.does.. how.can he be held responsible for something he had no involvement/ control over?

Most of those are from rival fans as I said earlier.

The club would’ve sacked him already if they were going to sack him.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Not really. They were always going to wait for the outcome of criminal proceedings.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Very true. He's still listed as a squad player for the u21's, what do you think United will do next? If we abide by the saying of ''innocent until proven guilty'' then it's a tough one for United. I gather rather than ripping up his contract United will simply look to sell him
----------------------------------------------------------------------
“Innocent until proven guilty” literally means “innocent of any given criminal offence in the eyes of the legal system until proven guilty of said offence in a court of law”.

It doesn’t mean innocent in each and every sense of the word, and the club, like anyone else, has value judgments to make.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yep. I know that, of course. People that bring that up generally don’t understand that difference, however.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I too understand what is being said here, that at this moment in time there doesnt seem to be enough evidence or that a reasonable case can be built to prove his guilt/wrong doing. He may still be absolutely guilty and only he and her know. But with all this in mind where does that leave him? Guilty in the public eyes? Condemned forever and forced to go live in a cave for the rest of his life? idk

It may well be. But the truth of the matter is the reason I don't want him to stay for starters is how bad I will feel with myself. Make no mistake for anyone that genuinely loves this game, we are drawing a game, 90 minute on the clock, Greenwood scorcher, I am celebrating.

Secondly, I genuinely do believe unlike past cases, this kid is still going to have a successful career in football and may well even move record numbers in the future if potential fulfilled. It may not be at home, but a Spanish or French club buying him imho.

Not necessarily not enough evidence.

The evidence available doesn't justify a court case.

It could be something has come about that cleared him

It really is this simple. If he stays and we proceed to pay him for his services, it is very difficult to then say you can't play.

UPDATE:
- Interestingly, on 'The United Stand'
71% voted to 'Keep', 29% voted to 'Sell'

So literally the opposite to the poll on here.
------

This site is kinda full of far left s, so no surprise there...

I for one am glad to hear this... Tired of these idiots making accusations without the substance to back it up.

The club have to stand by an innocent player (in the eyes of the law) as long as he shows the right attitude!

He’s not confirmed innocent though, is he? It’s just they’ve dropped the charges, presumably because a large sum of cash changed hands somewhere.

So the UK justice system allows for guilty people to walk around free i guess is your point? The justice system isn't working correctly? I mean im not saying it's not, but that is what i gather you are suggesting

No legal proceeding is designed to “confirm innocence”; they are designed to prove whether somebody is guilty beyond reasonable doubt. The presence of reasonable doubt is enough to exonerate a person, but does not confirm their innocence.

It’s like going for a check up and being told you have “no evidence of cancer” as opposed to “evidence of no cancer”.

This fella is smoking the high grade ganja, or just one of those obtuse people that just want to over analyse everything.

The man is a free man and innocent in the eyes of the law.

What Manchester united decide to do after seeing that horrid video another matter.
