Yeah he does. We’ll probably need to sign a few in the coming year or two. Especially with us hopefully moving on shiiiit like Maguire, AWB and McTominay. Plus there’s also question marks over whether Sancho has a long term future at the club.

I wouldn’t based in his United career so far. He might stick around as a squad player if he doesn’t improve, but more because of his stupid wages and his homegrown status rather than being good enough.

I saw the other day that we were linked with him and a fee of £70m was mentioned.

Harsh on Welbeck, I know. He’s a more accomplished footballer.

Yeh, I reckon they will go for him if he doesn't sign a new contract. They need to rebuild in that area and he will be available for a reasonable fee. I am not sure that he would actually be a good signing for them, but he might work out.

I reckon it depends on whether they can get Bellingham.

They have a chance if they get 4th - which I think they will now. But will they spend so much money on one player when they need to replace quite a few?

Apparently Real had meetings with his dad/agent this week too. So no guarantee that he will even come to the PL.

I’m not sure, to be honest. From what I’ve read Liverpool are desperate for him. I think it remains to be seen how many they need to replace and just how immediate their needs are - as well as what the impact of a player like Bellingham would be.

I think it’s been a bit of a perfect storm this season for them, so it’s hard to tell just what shape they are really in with the squad. Plus Klopp may look at things as needing a bit more time to rebuild and reenergise the squad, so competing for the title might not be their main ambition next season anyway.

Don’t worry, Fellaini and Lukaku are long gone and never to return.

I feel like Spurs and Chelsea are going to have fire sales this summer and there are going to be great bargains available. I think we need to worry about selling our players first to comply with FFP since we have dipped heavily into the cash reserve last summer.
