Banter aside it is a shame that he hasn’t applied himself and become what he was clearly capable of and posting numbers like he did at Dortmund

Good riddance though.

You must still be paying 50% if not more of his madness wages?

Yeah in all seriousness it's definitely a shame. He could have maybe been an asset if he had the right attitude.

Shame how his career has panned out at United. Hopefully he can rediscover his form and go and have a successful career elsewhere.

Good riddance. Hopefully he grows up and see where he's messed up although sadly I feel like he'll never accept any wrong doing on his part.

I wonder if Dortmund still have the same guy at the club who used to have to wake him up?

Doesn't make a lot of sense to let him go on loan and not permanently as we will not make any money on shirt sales when he returns. If we did let him go permanently for free, then if we bought him back in summer for £85m, then we would make £85m back in shirt sales, boosting the club shop.

I hope all his xbox games were Europe Region and not just UK otherwise he's gonna have to buy all new versions

The way he has behaved it is hard to share your hope for him.

Small consolation for Dortmund, who were set to make 30% on any profit United made when they sold him.

A ridiculous fallout to lead to player departure really. If this sort of fall out is going to lead to us losing out on money and assets we paid top dollar for, we are in big trouble. This is a new generation and any manager that can't deal with this sort of stuff should take a hard look at themselves.

Just ask Mourinho. He has not moved with times and the game has left him.

How are Dortmund now? Last time he had Haaland to supply and Bellingham too but I'm not really sure who their good players are now? They're 5th in the league but also topped a tough CL group.

Or maybe the player who has a history of being late, poor professionalism, claiming his manager lied on a tweet (which he later removed) and refusing to apologise should take a hard look at themselves.

He's been dogsh-t for us under 3 managers, this isn't down the the manager.

No idea why Scholay tries to pretend otherwise. He has to know all this.

So we've learned that signing South Americans, established stars and young "projects" to develop doesn't work. Now we can add generational talents to the list.

I think it’s players in general.

Why would you hope some lazy cant goes and has a successful career elsewhere, where he will probably also be a lazy cant.
I hope he gets dropped by every top club he goes to and ends up in amateur football. Lazy facking cant on ridiculous wages.

Maybe Darren meant on FIFA which Sancho seems to care more about.

Well there has to be a bit of balance. Players generally don’t have the mental resolve these days that they used to but at the same time, we cannot just keep players that aren’t responding to either arm around the shoulder or the more disciplinarian approach

I mean, he had someone at Dortmund to come and wake him up lol

The funny thing is we'd have got him sooner had we just bought an alarm clock.
