Ever considered he's got us promoted Promotion?..
Ever considered we might even go up as champions?..
Ever considered he's a lot better than your love for him?..
Promotion is factual
I want a better manager
You know what, if I could have better in every position at the club I'd be happy, but hey, how do you know what you already have might be just as good if backed right, something you and a few ain't going to give in to!..
I keep seeing you and a few others giving it the "oh god, he won 2 promotions with Norwich" but fecked it up!..
I don't think the owners we now have are any relation to Ken Bates or Cellino, and I think he'd get a better shot at things with them in charge!..
He should be given a chance, because you know what, you can bring in whoever you want, but there is no guarantee they'll keep you up!..
I certainly haven't based my opinion on Norwich. I've just seen his management the last 2 seasons and it's not good enough for me, far too many wrong options
As I said before did well in the summer transfer markets apart from buying Gruev and Kamara. Would have been better had he signed left backs and not right backs that he likes playing at left back.

The problem is, who would that be?
Look at the choices of man utd these past few years. And they're an established team.
What top manager is going to choose a newly promoted team.
Absolutely, I'm not qualified to choose a new manager,it's always a risk but until you give someone a chance then you will never know.
All I know is a change is needed
"but until you give someone a chance then you will never know."
Than Farke should get his chance!..
But it seems a waste of time this argument, because something tells me it ain't going to go away!..
Sad that so many are talking of sacking DF even before the season is over. That just seems poor form to me. And I think he's earned the right to have a chance in the PL (but this time backed properly).
Anyway, perhaps those hoping for a change will be happy with this...

Names that we've - apparently - spoken to:
Giovanni van Bronckhurst (out of work, ex-Rangers)
Roger Schmidt (out of work, ex-Benfica, PSV etc)
Davide Ancelloti (currently assistant to dad at Real Madrid)
For the record I would keep Farke 100%
First decent owners we have had in years and the emotion of football fans clouds judgment in my opinion.
They haven’t done anything to Farke yet and have got a lot more right than wrong.
Anything said to sky last night could be misinterpreted, we are Leeds after all.
Until they fook up I like the fact they are quietly brick by brick rebuilding our great club.

Just maybe the club are thinking of appointing a better manager? It appears that they are carefully considering their options by not coming out and supporting Farke.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
*Marathe enters the room, opposite him is a world class manager, they conduct the interview for the recently made vacant Leeds job, the interview goes well, the manager seems interested, Marathe asks the question hanging over them all.
Marathe: Are you interested in the job.
TCM: I'm sorry, I want this job, but i just can't accept it
Marathe: But why?
TCM: The final hoke game of the season you went onto the pitch and shock the hand of Farke, I could never work for a man who shows such support for the previous manager.
---------------------------------
do me a favour...
I'm sure a contract of x amount of millions would smooth that over a little
managers don't often stay in jobs that long.. I'm 100% sure most managers accepting any job, would pretty much be ready to be sacked if results don't go there way.

Absolutely. My thoughts too, but no point in change for the sake of change.
Also no firing after ten games.

Mont, yeah I think this is where I'll take the Farke debate (after Saturday of course)..
I just don't think its wise, or simply don;t have the time to get this wrong, 10 games is 30 points, can we really afford to waste that if after the games we decide to sack Farke.
of course, no guarantees either way tbf.
I think it was wise of Marathe not to give an interview to Sky.
Because maybe, just maybe, he didn't want to take away the focus from those who have done the job; Farke and the players.
Farke has brought a unity among the players, and they obviously trust him.
Marathe probably already has given his gratulations and there's no need to do it over and over, just because of cameras and fans.
I think he let them have their moment on the pitch. Which was the right thing to do.
Farke never had a chance with Norwich in the PL. No backings. No investments to speak of.
Yes, we all had questions during the campaign; players, system, Mes, etc, etc.
However heading for 100 points and maybe champions says it all; he's been more right than wrong.
Keep him. He really deserves it.
People keep saying Norwich didn't back him, fair enough, although they did spend 38 mil in there second stint so I read. Brentford, Bournemouth, Villa Brighton didn't exactly go in there and throw money at it. There footballing philosophy and recruitment worked well in there, Farke's at Norwich clearly didn't. The teams mentioned kept the bulk of there promoted sides and even today still have a handful of them playing and doing well.
Farke just might to better this time with a much better side, but we've made hard work of championship games in his tenure, especially away from home, what are we going to do against better teams away from home? Will we adapt to teams taking games to us instead of rolling over? Farke won't have the best player in EVERY position next season, so something will have to give.
I think we're better than all three of last season's promoted three, but we need to find an extra 17 pts from somewhere.
Germany, Farke has already had his chance, got too much wrong and too often struggled to beat inferior opposition.
His record at Norwich is irrelevant to me, completely different circumstances. Has got too much wrong in the last 2 seasons. However just maybe he will be a brilliant PL manager if not sacked, incredibly unlikely but possible.
Here's a question, would any PL club want to poach Farke ? Obviously no,that says it all

You’re very good at answering your own questions,
keep it going!
Like I said Promotion, the argument isn't going to go away because Mr Right,(yourself!)wants to push it to his way of thinking, even though he is ignoring the fact that Farke has won "Promotion" and has broke the odd record on the way, but he's so much a dumbass that if he goes up as champion some here won't see it, will you?..
A waste of time trying to discuss or even fight it out with you, because you'll let us know you're Mr Right and it will never end!..
Promotion makes a valid argument and I am sure if someone like Thomas Frank or Jurgen Klopp became available, I know who I would choose. However, I haven't heard of any outstanding candidates for the job yet. My concern is the way this situation has arisen. I can only assume that someone in the club has deliberately leaked information to pave the way for succession. And this is Leeds. Just like the dismissal of Bielsa, the process is so undignified and ugly. Farke, like Bielsa, deserves better.
The fact that we are looking at no-name candidates, if true, suggests that top coaches are steering clear of us, for good reason.
Frank’s a pragmatist. If he were available (and I can’t see how he would be) then you can make a valid argument that he’s the perfect choice . He played good football in the championship. And then solidified and smash and grabbed in the PL… and he flits between the two currently.
Almost all the sides that got promoted and stayed up have ridden their luck first season… often first two seasons. It hasn’t just been genius/ability.
For those who’ve queried it, Norwich spent about 50m on about 7 different players, all less than £10m after Farke’’s second promotion. They also took a few loans. They recouped a large chunk of it by selling buendia to villa.
So … I agree with the premise of the original post that Marathe is an absolute cuuunt of the highest order.
