I like Frank...understands the importance of defending which a lot of up & coming managers don't show signs of. For them it's all about their system or principles.

I think assistant managers in general are overrated to be honest.

Pep had a stint in Holland that went terribly, and I remember many claiming the reason Gerrard was successful at Rangers was due to Michael Beale, who has since done crap at both QPR and Sunderland.

Lijnders influence on our team is undeniable though

he can purchase gravenberch for whoever he ends up managing

I like Grav, going to be a big player for us over the coming years I reckon.

It will be wonderful when Gravenberch and Gakpo both realise they are 6ft+
