Driver has delivered my parcel
He said it has been on the 'missing' list for 3 days, so they lied to me at the depot. He also said they are a 'cowboy' outfit.

The outer box is damaged but the contents are intact and in good condition. The gift bag they are contained is is also damaged through being chucked about.

I have spoken to the vendor who was very apologetic and is sending me a new gift bag and some 'freebies' for the inconvenience I have suffered.

I gave them a few tips about packaging

Could you not have got mr kitty to show them his package so they could see what a package should look like?

Hopefully the courier company doesn’t get a job in stand up.

Their delivery is terrible

Fack nose dude, was hurting like a mo fo though earlier.

Sounds about right, I'm on a forum where there are over 20k members but only a handful online at any one time.
