I had another massage today, expecting it to be Mary again, however a different lady arrived to do the massage.

In particular I was disappointed that she finished the massage after 45 minutes and charged me for a full hour. I do not consider this to be acceptable.

I understand from your receptionist (who did not inform me when I made the booking) that Mary is currently unwell. I hope that she makes a quick recovery.

Sorry, I have now seen your message.

I can't agree where you say, "i also dint know that you had massage done here previously and by who". The same lady was on reception both times, and remembered me from my visit 3 days ago. This is clear from the fact that on my first visit she gave me directions to the massage area, and today just told me to go upstairs.

When I enquired about the massage today at around 1.30pm, the receptionist phoned Mary and spoke to her calling her Mary, and then told me that she was currently in the other village but would be available at 3pm. It was therefore perfectly reasonable for me to assume that Mary would be providing the massage and not some alternative masseuse, and so there was no need for me to specify that I wanted the same masseuse.

Regarding your comment, "i think you would have specified as soon as she arrived", I'm not sure whether you are calling me a liar here, but I can promise you that I did attend 3 days ago, and this can be verified with Mary and with the receptionist.

In fact your comment makes no sense at all, because had I specified that I had been expecting the other masseuse, then that would have not changed the fact that she was unwell and unable to attend. I had no opportunity after the masseuse's arrival to specify that this was not the masseuse that I had wanted or expected. I believe that the hotel knew full well which masseuse I had wanted and expected.

Regardless, none of this accounts for the fact that (aside from the massage being generally of poor quality) I was charged for an hour when the massage only lasted 40-45 minutes. I sat down in reception at 2.58pm, where I waited for several minutes. I was then told (probably around 3.10pm) to go upstairs, but the masseuse was not there. I waited several minutes before the masseuse arrived (I did not notice immediately that it was a different lady). She then spent some time preparing the massage table, and I estimate that the massage started some time between 3.15 and 3.20pm. It finished at 3.58pm. When I pointed out to the lady that I had not had an hour she told me it was 4 o'clock and that I had to pay 4000.

Your receptionist told me today when I had informed her of these events that it was helpful for the hotel to have the feedback, but I am out of pocket 4000 Shillings for this privilege.

Clearly that isn't adequate or acceptable.

Have sent a brief apology to the hotel with the paintings.

I've.gone to a hotel/ restaurant and ordered breakfast. At that point they are expecting me to pay. I can't say sorry I'm not paying the bill because your artwork is offensive.

It's an absolutely ridiculous suggestion to say that if someone's offended by a painting in a restaurant they should get up and leave.

It's also.ridiculous and unacceptable for a hotel whose guests and visitors are probably 90 percent European, to.display paintings in their restaurant depicting European women paying African men for sxe. It's highly offensive and they should have known that it was.

I did the right thing by notifying them of the offensive nature of the paintings which they advised they are changing tomorrow.

Nah, it was crpa. The one the other day was really good.

This one said "do you want deep tissue ?", I said "no thanks, just soft", but I could feel her thumbs and fingers pressing in the whole time.

Her hands felt horrible. And she got there 20 minutes late and counted that as part of the massage.

I didn't groom the 18 year old. I was not looking for a relationship or sxe with an 18 year old. Far from it.

I went in a bar. She was dancing. We had a couple of drinks and ended up making out very passionately. The next day I woke up thinking of her and how we'd made out.

Next thing I know we're in bed. I hadn't even considered her age. I think I just assumed she was early 20s.

After we slept together, I then had some concern about her age and she told me she was 19. I said then you're too young for me to see. She said she can't do anything about her age.

I found out much later that she'd actually only been 18 then.

I did see her a few times because we just had a good time with each other. I don't even mean sxeually, although of course she enjoyed my sxe. We did have....things in common. I suppose. In terms of our personalities. And when we went out we bounced off each other, and it was that that people commented on, not the age gap. If she had been older then we would have had a relationship, because my number 1 girl had finished me by then I think. I don't think the 2 of them overlapped. It was just the age thing that meant we just saw each other a few times, but it was always good fun. There was nothing predatory about it.

She didn't seem very experienced in bed. That's what raised my concern. Not because she seemed physically immature, or mentally immature. She wasn't. She was very mentally grown up, very mentally mature, very bright, and physically a woman.

I raised it with the staff and said it was offensive and inappropriate as I was waiting for my change.

And it was. It's seriously very sxiest and very racist, and it shouldn't be on the wall. I suspect that the manager's got the job through a relative, is about 22 and's banging the artist.

Almost all their customers are Europeans, including young families.

It shouldn't be on the wall and I was right to complain !

Silverwood's prioritised the 1 day side. Then starts an Ashes series without a tour game having taken place, and just expects us to win. Even after going 3-0 down he was like, "oh typical papers going overboard, we've got a trick or two up our sleeves yet, don't you worry about that. We've only just started and you're writing us off haha. the press ."
