Guns are a good way for the upper class/government to let the working class carry on killing eachother and turning on eachother rather than realising why there is such a disparity in society.

Of course it's true.
The difference between the elite and the lowest class has only widened.
Take it at our level for instance,
Gym membership,
40 per month
400 if paid up front for the year
The richer guy who can pay up saves £80 on the guy who can't afford to, meaning that the rich guy, is better off.
Same as buying a house without a mortgage, a loan or anything.

Anyway, I never made a point advocating the allowance of buying/using handguns, but there is probably more of a 'protecting yourself' argument for handguns than there is semi-automatic rifles which are purely made for the purpose of massacres, simple as.
Basic fluid dynamics dictates that the very nature of a handgun isn't as accurate as a semi-automatic rifle. The handguns that are high-end cost silly money anyway.
The improvement in technology & ease of obtaining higher-end weapons has brought about mass killings much more; as has a more damaged & twisted society and the use of the internet.
People wrongly talk about home-made bombs, or knives as ways of people dying. It is true, yet these things are tough to kill people with and tough to get a hold of. The issue with guns is they will never be eradicated, but it shouldn't be so easy to get hold of something that is purely a killing device.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
What I am saying is statistically more massacres or even just violent deaths in general happen with a handgun and legislating for a few AR 15 massacres every decade instead of a handgun death every hour is nuts in my view.
There are more handguns in the US, they are easier to get on the black market (still a thing despite legality of handguns as background checks are stringent in some states, useless in others).
I would also point to the fact handgun bans are always made more of a priority.
And actually in terms of guns you could legitimately own aside from just wanting a gun, handguns are useless.
Rifles actually have a trade purpose like protecting livestock if you're a farmer.
I also think blaming the internet is interesting, are you saying we should ban the internet in some homes, if you fail a background check. Just like a gun, it's a gateway to insanity after all.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You clearly don't understand the point which is a shame because it isn't a tough one to understand.
A massacre is defined as a large group of killings. Using the wikipedia page which lists massacres as mass shootings of 20+ people, since 2000: Of the listed 8, 1 was with a hand gun. It is unequivocally easier to murder tens of people with a semi-automatic rifle.
With regards to the internet comment I never said to ban it, you keep making strawman arguments as you are getting desperate. I am saying the rise of the internet has contributed to an increase in mental health issues, as proven by thousands of studies.

When comparing £400 to £480 for gym membership, the difference really is one has been organised and prudent with their money, the other has not.
If the difference was £400 and £4000 you might have had a point.
The reality Corbynistas put their heads in the sand over is inequality has gone down over the past 7 years.
It's like the myth over cuts, when actually our national spend relative to our GDP is huge, and would be seen as Keynesian by most standards.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I can't cope. Got all the words i'll give you that but just so out of touch with reality.
Try this one then, a gym I want to join is 30 quid a month if paid up front. 45 if you want a yearly and 50 if you want a 6 month.
You don't think that everyone would pay the 30 quid a month if they could afford it up front? Your insulting people's intelligence if you think it is a case of just managing your money

Pay disparity has never been worse in America, and with things like Obama care and social care being taken away by republican government it is only getting worse.

I just chose it as I CBA'd working out every-one on the list, but it was a long enough time frame and backed up my point.
You might as well be a scarecrow. I am not keen to regulate everything, and things like the internet have good and bad sides to them. Guns are purely killing items, there is little good.

Let's apply that logic to a different issue.
In the top 10 highest grossing films of all time, 7 had 3D tickets for sale, and 3D contributed significantly to their worldwide gross.,
But 2D movies make infinitely more money worldwide.
3D has the capability to make more money, as it gets higher ticket prices and the cost of glasses etc.
But 2D makes more money cos more people watch films that way and prefer it.
I'd invest in 2D films not 3D.
Same argument with guns.
AR15s have a horrible potential.
But are genuinely speaking a less frequent method than a handgun.
