Newcastle next weekend becomes a must win game now. It's going to be tricky but we are going to need to be more positive.

There’s time and place for ultra defensive mode. It’s never with the starting 11, like 3 of the 5 games have already been this season. Passing for the sake of passing is one of the worst types of football styles out there.

The problem of our game was that we got 1 down when we were dominating and controlled the game. If we would have started the same team but scored early that would have been a different game and people would have praised Arteta.

I think whatever way you frame it we lined up too negatively against a City who are more fragile than they usually are

We had a good second half today. We lack the bit directness to put the opponent under pressure for a longer period. There are chances here and there but not clear cut chances. Our individual class rescured us.

Absolute no doubt that this result is the least we deserve.

I would have been a bit braver.

We had them under control even in this set up but we lacked that bit directness to score. They did it and then we were rattled until HT.

Madueke had an issue that is why he got subbed at HT said Arteta.

Against Newcastle if Odegaard is still out please start Eze or Nwaneri in that position.

Newcastle away is a completely different game, if we went with the lineup we had today I wouldn't have complained

But to start with that team at home is facking pathetic
