Xhaka would not have come back to us to be 2nd fiddle, it's a pity he left a season too early

Norgaard knows his role at Arsenal. He is Jorginho's replacement and Norgaard knew he isnt first choice. He is fine with that role. Still getting minutes in the cup games.

most of these players join with the belief they are good enough to work their way into the first team. Id really question a players mentality who is happy he went playing full games in the PL to be happy to sit on the bench (if he's lucky) in PL games, and play the odd crap cup game.
