Why dont you two get a room.

I asked Raj if he wanted to, but he started arguing about what a room was .

i asked for examples. i didnt ask for proof.
whether its 3 or 4 or 5 or 100 incidents is irrelevant to the overall point.
the point was that his violence on the pitch makes him stand out from people like bale and nani, and gets him more attention.
you are trying to have a debate about the number 5 when it doesn't matter one jot whether its 4 or 5.
Raj
1) I never said 'you asked for proof' I said you asked for examples, I did do without fuss, and also provided proof.
2) "you are trying to have a debate about the number 5 when it doesn't matter one jot whether its 4 or 5."
Really? You made a big issue of Suarez being involved in 5 violent incidents during his time in the PL. Given its been a huge part of your argument, the amount is important. I'm asking you to quantify these incidents?
3) A tip for future reference. If your going to claim something. Make sure you can back it up. You have a particular belief. I think that belief is wrong. This is why you need to back your argument up. Saying it's true, is not going to cut the mustard.
You're now probably going to repeat what you've said, at least, 20 times already. Please refer to my previous post. Until you quantify you're opinion, there's nothing more to discuss.
yes but examples only meant naming them. i trust you wouldnt just make them up and i did not ask for links.
i never said 5 during the pl.
it has not been a big part of my argument. it became a big part of the argument when you tried to twist the debate into something it isnt.
i have backed it up.
i believe suarez gets more attention than bale and nani because as well as cheating he is also violent as in kicking people off the ball. which bale and nani dont do.
theres nothing in that which requires anymore proof or backing up.
he gets more attention than other players because he does more wrong.
ive seen enough of you on here to know that you will never admit that your wrong. but maybe one day in the future you'll be able to.
Raj
"i believe suarez gets more attention than bale and nani because as well as cheating he is also violent as in kicking people off the ball. which bale and nani dont do.

All of the above is your opinion. Can you quantify this opinion?
i know its my opinion.
but we both know suarez has been guilty of kicking out and biting. neither of us have any examples of bale and nani doing anything like that.
we also know that cheating is unquantifiable because apart from the no contact dives there is no measure.
right from the start i have been explaining to you why people give suarez more attention than others. i know because i know lots of people who feel the same.
this is a discussion about why suarez gets more attention than others and i am giving you an explanation.
of course its an opinion ffs. do fans build a spreadsheet before forming their opinion?
i dont think you even know what your arguing anymore
Raj
"ive seen enough of you on here to know that you will never admit that your wrong. but maybe one day in the future you'll be able to."
This coming from the lad that thinks if I say it's true, it must be.
So you've told me 'I'm in complete control of you' (on the other thread), and 'I've seen enough of you on here to believe'. You are a bit strange.
of course im in control.
about 2 minutes after i post you come running like a little lapdog.
i bet your sitting in your bedroom getting all hot and bothered
Raj
Yes but you've been presenting your opinion as a fact. It is not, you need to learn the difference. For example, I showed you 2 players that have been involved in more 'violent' incidents than Suarez. These 2 players have also been charged more than Suarez. These two players are more 'violent' than Suarez.
Your presenting supposed kicks, as if they're major incidents on the pitch. Truth be told if Suarez was a defender, nothing would be said. They're part and parcel of the game. One of these incidents your nog even sure about, it's that insignificant.
"we also know that cheating is unquantifiable because apart from the no contact dives there is no measure."
Eh? What are the rules of the game for then?
We're back to square one again. Why am I not surprised?
no red man you are just confused.
it is a fact that this is a reason why suarez gets more attention from fans like me.
of course its an opinion. unless every fan has a spreadsheet of everything anyone has done wrong on a football pitch what else could it mean?
if suarez was a defender nothing would be said? rubbish. kicking people off the ball is talked about particularly if a player does it several times.
weve discussed this cheating stuff.
when was the last time you saw nani dive? 5 years ago?
we all know that players cheat by exagerrating contact, feigning injury etc. but we cant quantify that can we.
we are back to square one because you have shown that you find it impossible to read, digest and understand.
Raj
Someone who feels the need to claim they're in control of a person they've never met, is never best placed to cast aspersions on others.
Your new to this site, although I saw you say you were on old606. You come across as quite immature, in the language you use, the way you debate, and the tone of your posts.
I'm happy to debate with people, who can put a decent debate forward. You don't fall into that category. I've kept going with this because its funny watching you go through the Internet forum cliche handbook. Terms like 'owned you' 'in control' and 'delusional'.
I reckon your a young lad with limited intelligence. Hence the repeating yourself. Your entertaining, well more entertaining than the crap film my wife's making me watch.
red man you can say what you like.
your true colours were revealed when you said you were leaving but stayed on for another 2 hours.

Raj
"we all know that players cheat by exagerrating contact, feigning injury etc. but we cant quantify that can we."
Yes and we discussed that every forward player exaggerates contact and feigns injury. What was your retort? 'But Suarez does it more than most'. This is coming from someone who said, about 4/5 posts ago that 'the amount doesn't matter it could be 5,10 or 100'. If 'the amount doesn't matter' then Suarez is no better, or worse than any of his fellow forwards on this front.
Now lets move onto the second bone of contention, diving. Suarez dived quite a bit when he first came to the PL. this we can agree on? This season he has dived once. Compared to other prolific divers, like Gareth Bale. Should Suarsz be pilloried for this one dive? I think not. The diving portion of your argument is out.
Lets move onto your 3rd issue with Suarez. You say he's been involved in 5 'violent' incidents. I won't argue with that for the sake of not having another 100 comments arguing back and forth. I've shown you 2 players that have been involved in 2 this season Huth (I'm sure there's more in previous seasons he's a notoriously dirty player), and 3 in one match, Fellaini. To put this into perspective. Suarez's 'incidents have spanned 91 matches for Liverpool. Considering he gets lumps kicked out of him, it's not that many. About one 'violent' incident every 18 matches.
The one thing you could reasonably level at him are these 'violent' incidents. But then you look at the other players by comparison, Huth & Fellaini, and add in the fact that he's never been booked, sent off, or even charged for violent conduct. You have to think is he really that 'violent'? Petulant, yes. Violent, no.
Raj
"i am in control of you because im calm and your wound up."
Put the book of Internet cliches down. It will not widen your vocabulary.
oh dear you really are stupid.
the amount of times he has kicked out doesnt matter because thats the bit that is different from the likes of bale and nani.
you say he has dived once this year. id say he dives every game. thats because i believe going down easy and making a meal of it is diving.
how many times has gareth bale gone to ground without being touched? once as i recall. so you say he has been diving more. why?
i never said he was that violent. i agree its more petulance than violence.
but it doesn't change my point. my point was not to compare him to violent players.
the point was that if you compare suarez and bale, for example. suarez will get more attention and hate from opposition fans because of the extra stuff in his game that people dont like. the kicking off the ball, the whinging, the dissent etc.
if you did a straight comparison between suarez and bale there are reasons why fans and media give more attention to suarez. because we think he does more.
quite frankly there isnt any other explanation for it is there?
its not a cliche red man, its a fact.
i wound you up so much that you couldnt leave. funny thing is when i left you were probably clicking refresh for an hour.

Bale's the biggest cheat in England
Been banned multiple times this season for cheating
Raj
"the amount of times he has kicked out doesnt matter because thats the bit that is different from the likes of bale and nani."
Why selectively compare Suarez to Bale or Nani?
You said yourself the amount of times doesn't matter, and 'we all know that players cheat by exagerrating contact, feigning injury etc'. So why say earlier 'its because Suarez does it more than most'. There's a big contradictory hole in your argument.
"how many times has gareth bale gone to ground without being touched? once as i recall. so you say he has been diving more. why?"
He's been booked 4 times for diving this season. Why change the criteria to 'without contact' for Bale. Either way he's been booked 4 times. He did another last Sunday for the free kick leading to their second goal. Went down clutching his face. Bale has dived more than Suarez this season. Citing diving as a reason to give Suarez 'attention & hate' is ridiculous.
"but it doesn't change my point. my point was not to compare him to violent players."
You asked me to name players that are more violent than him. I've done so and put it into perspective for you. Of course your going to compare him to violent players. Especially since you asked for the comparison.
"the point was that if you compare suarez and bale, for example. suarez will get more attention and hate from opposition fans because of the extra stuff in his game that people dont like. the kicking off the ball, the whinging, the dissent etc."
Kicking off the ball we've discussed. Ah you've brought 'dissent' to the argument now. Again something he does no more than half the United team, when they're surrounding the ref. Or 99% of the players in the league.
This argument is getting weaker and weaker. I've agreed, with Red666, that he's a petulant sod. But things get magnified beyond proportion because his reputation proceeds him.
nothing contradictory. im telling you how people see it and why he gets more attention.
doesnt mean its a fact.
why change the criteria? because tottenham fans would argue that 3 of those were unfair because there was clear contact and it is therefore exagerrating contact like suarez does every game.
you haven't listened to a word have you?
i asked you to name other violen players to show that its not actually that common for players to kick out off the ball several times in their career.
dissent. again you do the stupid red man thing of comparing it as a separate thing.
its not separate.
suarez gets more attention because people see more as a combination of cheating, violence, dissent, diving etc etc.
if you compare him to players that you think should get the same amount of attention there will almost certainly be something missing. for example bale doesn't kick people off the ball or get involved in spats with the opposition.
this is so obvious its untrue yet you are trying to argue it.
why would things get magnified for suarez but not for anyone else? it makes no sense.
Raj
