Are you nan in disguise Rave
JPB - I think it was at the British Masters, probably in the late 80s? And I thought he would really hole that putt against Hale Irwin to retain the Ryder Cup. Funny how a guy who came back from the yips more than once managed to win twice at Augusta. Really should have won more majors, but a real European legend, and a true professional of the game.
=========================
something not many people picked up on at the time mate was on 18 Irwin's tee shot went way way left off the fairway, and the crowd threw it back into play.
langer had been so brave through that back 9 and it was so unlucky to miss that putt. did well to come back from back - I think many thought it would end his career.
funnily enough the only thing that's reminded me a bit of that back 9 was rose's in last year's ryder cup when he made that monster putt on 17 to beat phil.
btw I only barely remember the tree incident. I would guess mid 80s.
rory looks like he wants to cry, maybe he should have let caroline play today
Really impressed with Day. Been class today.
bernhard finishes at -2 still in the hunt for tomorrow
jason day looks a little like manny pacquiao
beauty of a drive by cabrera on 15
unlucky freddie, got to have the most elegant swing in gold
As much as I hate him I used to love Monty's swing.
Els has a class swing too.
yeah monty had a beautiful swing, looked like he barely put any effort into it
Least favourite swing?
Ben Curtis and Jeev Milkha Singh for me. So weird.
tiger's is too try hard looks like he's gonna swing himself of his feet everytime he hits a drive
reckon its between :
day
snedecker
scott
woods
Kutcher
fowler
English players slipping away as usual.
dont rule out westwood and couples JPB
and cabrera both he and freddie have been here before, they know how to win the masters
Westwood hasn't got a chance, he's English.
