I think he was being sincere. Just like when Ali said Robinson is the greatest of all time. Both headline exciting performers, I think Ronnie probably will become the greatest though.

I can never like Ronnie after he wore those fake teeth to the final to take the pisss out of his opponent. that was an absoloute disgrace.

Disappointed Murphy didn't go through. O'Sullivan v Trump in the semi-final is two players who are very alike. It's going to be an attacking match that's for sure.

murphy's got to be one of the nicest guys and the biggest characters in sport. gutted he went out, but at least it wasn't due to a really crap miss or something.

fair play to judd. im not a big fan, but he was very cool in the last frame. you could see his arm shaking on his last few shots, but he was still bang on the money.

The only time I know of Ronnie O'Sullivan wearing false teeth after a snooker match is after winning the World Championship in 2004 against Graeme Dott and as the article says it was to do with Ray Reardon.
