It's only Chelsea who probably sell better than us. We had some bad years where we let too many leave on a free.
Chelsea seem to be selling a load to Burnley which looks very suspicious to me.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
But Chelsea borderline buy to sell. It's a very specific approach to transfers that inevitably leads to decent to good fees in sales. I'd argue that it has messed them up on the pitch at the same time while our good business is entwined with our improvement on the pitch.
Isak is training alone, widely reported.
In fact he didn’t turn for training at all today.
Newcastle are now interested in Jackson. He would be a better fit for them than Sesko.

: RB Leipzig have begun talks with Harvey Elliott over contract terms, identifying him as their priority target to replace Xavi Simons. Discussions are ongoing while they await the player’s decision.
Anyone think we might actually go back in with £150m for Isak? We could already comfortably afford him but we will have brought in more than that in sales alone too.

Tf is Klopp doing selling to Utd, tell them no chance unless they pull the deal on sesko to utd.
they paid 50m euro for simons with 31m in potential addons. At the very least make em pay big for harvey if they want him, esp sat on sesko/simons money?
I’ve read £50m no buyback clause, £40m with a buy back clause.
Still think it’s a mistake but it is what it is.

I'd tell em to walk, unless Harvey was keen, i think he can do better anyway.
80m euro they put up for simons is 70m gbp, 50m + 20m in addons is reasonable for Harvey. I'd tell them that upfront too, theres noway ur having him for less than what u were willing to put up for simons, uve got the money hes worth that in this market. One of the best talents of that age around, didnt play enough for us but doesnt change that, he still is as shown for eng u21 recently too.

jeez, players like dewsbury hall going for 30m thats a bargain
good as the windows been we could have sold two of the biggest bargains of the window come the end of it in kelleher and harvey
Harvey is a baller, simple as, and his in-game influence grows year on year,
Absolutely zero noise about Chiesa leaving too. Imagine selling Harvey and keeping the likes of Chiesa and Tsimikas on the the books

Nobody wants Chiesa and Tsimikas unless it's a bargain basement price, Elliot is far more desirable.
Pretty simple explanation.
Explanation to what? There was no question.
