We dont play them until 9 days from now. Thats a lot time on the training ground to work on things.
Newcastle are also struggling to break down 10 man villa. They're far from perfect themselves

Goes missing? He was playing on the left for West Ham for the majority last season, when his best position is from the right or in the middle. He’s still pretty young so will be inconsistent, but frank will get the best out of him because he’s a really good coach.

Kudus is 25. To be fair I think he's a good player but not sure he's quite the elite level we should be looking for to replace Salah

That's a fair point and I'm not sure many, of any would have felt he would reach the levels he has? That said VERY few can do and most signings are projections of how good a player might be, when teams lose a player of his level it's always tough and I kinda feel sorry for however has to replace them

That's wrong. Bowen moved to number 9 majority of the season last season and he was given the RF spot and flatten to deceive. They couldn't wait to sell him and even to a local rival. He is a YouTube flicks player but lacks end product. Will be interesting to see how he develops at Spurs but id have Semenyo above him anytime.
That is not reactionary from yesterday. Ive been mentioning him all summer.

It’s going to be an interesting couple of weeks on that front for sure as I don’t know how you reintegrate a player like that. I have wondered if he ends up somewhere like PSG or Saudi tbh.

Fair point but Salah wasn't doing all too well until that season at Roma, was he? Was criticised a lot especially at Chelsea. He should have just joined us the first time we went in for him instead of choosing Chelsea.
That year at Roma it was like a switch was flipped and he came into his own. He seemed desperate to prove himself. Potential can turn into class, sometimes slowly but other times it can seem so sudden IMO. You never know.
He was good on loan Fiorentina too to be fair.
It was only really his Chelsea stint where he's failed, and even then he barely played.
Problem with Fiorentina is he only managed a handful of apps. He was far from elite level at Fiorentina.
Salah was destroying Spurs and Chelsea in CL and Europa when he was at Basel. One of the reason why we tried to get him in the first place.
Lots of players do that and are never heard from again. Still he was at Basel, failed to make it in the Prem first time around, did well at Fiorentina but Roma was his breakthrough.
