Also the argument of him being overused in the last 12 months, LFC were only playing 1 game a week until this season, we're only 2 months in the new season, LFC have a few extra games and their tailsman is tired already, whats he going to do come Dec/Jan when the fixtures come thick and fast?

Rest? So many sports scientists on here.

Got to love the JA606 Hybrid Sport Scientists/Accountants/Sport Lawyers we see on a daily basis here, priceless

Robben...

but no one has suggested this?? not Raheem, not Roy and not Brendan... so thats irrelevant
----------------------------------------------------------------------
No one has suggested it, but we can speculate

As I just said, if Brenda rests him for the next couple of games, I will believe that it is genuine tiredness. However, if he starts the next couple for Liverpool I shall presume that this was a ploy.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Im not going to speculate on something that you have just made up. seems a bit pointless.

OK, let's call it a day there and we'll reconvene next Thursday morning...

Actually looking at your fixtures, I'm not sure if it will get us anywhere. You have QPR on Sunday so I would bet Sterling doesn't play from now until next Wednesday.

Still think you'll beat Madrid next week?

I would rest him against QPR and then see how we play...

I honestly do (which i know opens me up to a lot of laughs at this point) but i do in the home game.

You should batter QPR anyway, which is what I'm saying. Nothing will be conclusive, as he would probably have been rested v. QPR anyway...

If people get offended by a word play on their club name, manager name or a player, I feel sorry for their terribly thin skin more than anything.

I used it jokingly, as I used the term "banter", blud. It just seemed to fit
