"City. Best manager in the world bar none and has been for the last 10 years . Can't think of anyone that matches him. He'll have an impact."

Dunno about that, he's a brilliant manager and in the top 2-3 IMO but he failed in all 3 season for Bayern in the CL.

Chelsea. Conte. Nuff said.

Arsě- Usual top 3 place. Par for the course.

Utd. Seeing as their pre season tour has been a bit of a shambles, with matches being cancelled left right and centre, dressing room egos out of control and Mourinho conducting press conferences out on the street, I think they'll struggle to challenge for the title but a surefire bet for that last cl place. An eventual 150m pogba purchase with the old Trafford stadium going the other way, will push them up one place I reckon

All about opinions innit.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Mourinho? One of the top two managers in the world? Best Chelsea manager of all time? Nothing positive to say about him?

Eh? We had 1 game cancelled, what else has made it a shambles, losing to Dortmund in a meaningless friendly and a plane having trouble?

Lol Karius? A guy you all didn't hear about till a month ago. Wow definitely is your season then. How do you know he'll be first choice anyway?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Exactly, no one has seen him play so you're just assuming he's not any good.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

This is 2016, if you haven't seen him play there's always someone around on the net that has, and failing that a mere 6 appearances for Germany between u16-u21 level is a bit of a giveaway.

Ive never seen Akinfenwa play (live), does that mean he might be good enough to play for Barca for all I know?

I think Liverpool could be dark horses for the top four next season.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Can't see it personally.

They've made average signings barring Mane, their keeper is woeful, their defence is laughable, their main striker will spend at least 50% of the season in hospital. Midfield isn't great either. Be lucky to get top 6.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You're being too obvious, tone it down a bit

Mousers are really touchy. I dunno what they want me to say, "Yeh, they'll definitely finish top four, dark horses for the league." Even thought they've got a terrible keeper, a dross defence, average midfield, an injury prone/inconsistent attack and have signed Manninger and Klavan. I really can understand why people say they have a victim mentality now.

I'm just messing Utd1982

Utd will start off strong. Mourinho always starts off strong and is relentless when everyone and everything is happy. Have to wait what Pep does with City. They could start smashing teams up 5 and 6 nil. Manchester top 2 obviously. Then Chelsea Arsenal in whatever order. If everything on paper goes to plan.

A lot of competition for the German goalkeeper spot, and thinking he's not a good player because you haven't heard of him is stupid. Maybe he is shiiit, I don't know I'll wait until I've seen him play before saying that though.

Of course Karius isn't going to strike fear into anyone, he's a goalkeeper

Yes because I suppose players are really nice and relaxed when they are about to face Neuer from the spot in a major competition

Ive never heard of this new lad that started working with me today, maybe he's good enough for Chelsea, have you got Conte's number?

The competition thing is applicable in the national team, which goalkeeper is his age? If Ter Stegan turns out to be ill take that particular comment back

Really cant see us starting strong but I think we'll finish well once the team/squad is settled and players and the management know what works and what doesn't.

Ashley Cole is one of the best left backs in English football history, and even he admitted he was a bit intimidated by the German

Karius was voted second best keeper in the Bundesliga. Is that not a promising fact?

posted on 25/7/16

Trust me. You think Mourinho is gna ease his way in whilst Pep is here? And he'll be out to show Chelsea he's still the man.

Andy Goram could have probably scared most other players on his day and he was a goalkeeper. You started on Andy, you started on his mates as well.

50p to anyone who gets that reference.

People tend to forget how much average Jose has to work with. That's why it'll be a slow burner this season but,as I said earlier,we'll just about get over the line for a CL spot.

You could be right but I would disagree based on your transfer activity so far and Jose's 1st season tendencies.

Do you really think Liverpool will finish 8th?

posted on 25/7/16

I'm so-so with our transfer work.Miki is a great signing if Jose utilizes him well,Ibra coming to the PL this late in his career could be a issue ,Pogba is a player I'm less than convinced about and Bailly is more potential than anything, expensive potential at that.

But we still need to get rid of the likes of Rojo,Young,Jones,Mata while Herrera,Bastian,Morgan and Depay arent guarantees either to stay at the club.
Lots of work still needed.

Try following your own advice and people might start taking you seriously but you're obviously on a massive WUM mission so you probably don't want that.
