I know he has only had two games but I agree - so far Dalcio looks horrendous.

Smid your absolutely spot on when you say Pedro has lost the fans. Only a decent domestic showing will save his ass. The defeat last night will give the smaller clubs in Scotland a bit of hope when playing Rangers and the fear factor will be diminished.

My surprise is that we got a Manager before the DoF and that we appointed a DoF who has no experience of recruitment at any level.

I don't see what's up for debate here. The Board have ballsed it up and as long as Caixinha remains ..they'll continue to do so. He has shown nothing to indicate he's a good coach and should be punted now to allow someone else time uptown work with the players we have.

well, still young then.

its hard to keep up with the signings tbh its a bit like hearts a few years ago mind

He doesn't deserve anymore time.

He should and must be sacked today to give us any hope this season of it not being another complete shambles.

polloks that must have been how i was thinking of.

how is he?

did the colombian striker get on last night?

Morelos only input was squaring up and nudging his head into one of their players. Should have been a red card and was hooked at half time for that and for being anonymous anyway.

Not a red I nut the wean harder, but still silly. That said outside of that his contribution was nil, but i have a slight sympathy for our forward players as we have no system that allows the ball to get anywhere fookin near them

Maybe you're right but he plenty have been red carded for less.

Agree totally on the strikers, no idea if they are good or not because they don't get the ball.

Herrera looked a handful and powerful when he came on but why Pedro waited until so late to do so was ridiculous.

I honestly cannot argue with those who want him out. It was a sackable result, no question.

But I just cannot see the sense in signing 9 players and sacking the guy who signed them before some of them have even started training. I get that a new Manager can work with them, but realistically if you appoint a Scottish Manager he is not going to want to work with guys from Portugal and Mexico. What do you say to guys that moved their life over a week ago and have done about 3 training sessions and signed a 3 year deal to play for a Manager they know? It just is not going to happen. The board made that call and they have to see it through at least to the new season.

Smid just answer the question .... do you think he can take us forward, do you think he is the man for the job?

To answer your question, the manager ANY manager will pick the best players to do the job as he see's fit. A manager just wants the best players he can get to do the job he wants them to do. In modern day football they dont give a schit what country they are from so long as they are good enough

Smid.....and then what ? You can't really believe that Caixinha can turn this round ! And if you do ...based on what ? Rangers can't afford to write off next season and that's what your suggesting. He needs to go.

Fook their sentiments they can play under a manager who at least has a fookin plan.Six months that fooker has been here and not one of us know or are close to knowing wtf he is trying and neither do the players.Miller is like a fookin volcano ready to erupt at the lack of a plan

He's overseen some horrendous results already as Rangers manager and as I said a few weeks ago, he already had his "give him time" stage last season and to be given a first round tie against the 4th best part time team from Luxembourg as your first EL qualifier it didn't really get much easier.

The guy just looks totally out of his depth and the apathy towards him won't go away anytime soon.
