dont see why people are saying he's only had a few games.

had a team last year and could do nothing with them but get pumped off celtic.

not the mark of a guy who can get the best out of what he has.

Five games with his own players, possibly more players to some in. We'll see how things go.

As I said it was points that I raised last year that I am still raising this year.

I dont think his problem is motivating or getting the players behind him. Its the instructions to players to help them break teams down. things like underlapping and overlapping the fullbacks.. creating lineal depth with two strikers, having players drag defenders out, playing at a higher tempo to stop a packed defence get organised etc...

They should have gone for Tommy Wright

He does change tactics during a game. It's just that none of them seem to be fairly effective going by results.

At the end of the Warburton's first season when his results were at best mixed, we were told they weren't important as the league was won. Now, we've not to include Pedro's first few months because that wasn't his team.

I get the argument about not sacking him so early into the season, but has there really been any genuine progress?

I really hope it improves BH. There is no way he will be sacked just now. So just gotta hope he can get it right but its hard to see. I like the guy, its hard not to but IMO he is not up to the task sadly

He's shown a willingness to change his formation.

The way we set up to play Progres was horrific. Since then I've been happy he's mixed it up a little.

As much as Miller is still a good player, he runs around like a headless chicken chasing the ball like a kid half the time. Doesn't do our setup any favours. Would like to see Herrera next to Morelos for a change.

To be fair constantly picking Miller this season when he has been in rotten form is one of my biggest complaints currently.

Anything other than a run of wins going into the Old Firm and the fans will turn on him.

Ironically I think O'Hallaron would look better now than he did previously if Pedro had him upfront. That could just be me being swayed by his current form mind you !

In personnel terms yes.

In any other terms it's difficult to say this early but leaning towards no.

He turned a poor Rangers team into an awful one last season.

He's had his own players in now for around 2 months and already they are struggling to break teams down and look like they will concede regularly.

Time isn't on his side and I'll be surprised if he's still in charge after the next OF game.

Frankly it would be crazy to sack him now. We'll see how things develop. As has been pointed out, he's not averse to changing tactics if need be. More new players could come in, Pena could be great when he gets fit, etc. Who knows?

Pedro's response to the unfair criticism was good

He said " And now you're starting to criticize little things I do
It makes me just feel like crying

Cause babysomething beautiful's dyin "

"You lost that lovin' feelin'
Whoa, that lovin' feelin'
You lost that lovin' feelin'
Now it's gone, gone, gone, woh"

Spot on again

I've only seen highlights of your games this season,so can't say much about the quality of the players, but are they really that much better?

Alves was supposed to shore up the defence, 4 goals lost in 3 games. Is Candieas (sp) a major improvement on McKay? Dorrans and Jack a greater improvement on Halliday and Holt?

Genuine question as I've not seen enough to say.

Dorrans and Jack certainly look like an improvement. Jack has particularly impressed me.

Candeias looks decent. McKay wouldn't sign a new contract so it made sense to sell him.

If he stays out of One up on Saturday nights or Pizza hut on the day before games then he might get fit sometime in 2018.

Young Morelos just might have something. Works hard and could have an eye for goal. Too early to say for sure and he needs the service.

Against Hibs when he was thrown on it did seem as tho Pedro just didnt know what to do and whacked him on when the much more sensible option was to stick Rossiter in CM for Miller when we were down to 10 men. That just left me shaking my head. It was the clear change to make but he played miller in CM for about 20 mins in that game when Jack got sent off rather than bring a player on that is familiar to the role and better at it to boot.

Morelos is a very instinctive striker much better finisher when he has no time to think about it. Thats what i have seen in warm ups and training. He is a poacher and a great asset to have if you have a strong team around him
