As expected their post-2000 stuff doesn't seem to be so popular.

Supersonic
Live Forever
Hello
Hey Now
Stop Crying Your Heart Out

Love Hello. It's about as good an opener as a rock and roll album could possibly have. Perfect for that album.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Agreed. Great song.

Probably the same reason I rate Scorpio Rising by Death in Vegas with LG on the vocals

Think I'll hold fire and wait for the Beady Eye thread...

There are a few good ones past the 2000's. Who Feels Love I think is their best in that era and one of their more underrated songs. Stop Crying Your Heart Out, Little by Little, and Songbird are others though to be honest I've not listened to their later albums.

If we're doing songs that have involved Liam or Noel singing on them then Let Forever Be by The Chemical Brothers must be on there.

Love that track. Proper 90s.

If you're including tracks with their vox on them, doesn't that then open up the entire Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds back cat?

Has he got any that would stand up to Oasis hits? I’ve seen him live a couple of times and the Oasis songs he does are usually better

Is “half a world away” Oasis or just Noel?

Doesn't it sample The Beatles?

Great song and Noel's vocals suit it so well.

What’s the story Noel’s a Tory.

Like the name of their tribute band “No way sis”

Not sure if it's a sample exactly but there's a Beatles song called Tomorrow Never Knows, I think, on Revolver that's really similar.

No idea. Not a fan of either band tbh.

Find Noel an interesting character though. Often makes an entertaining interviewee.

Saw a film the other day called Yesterday with a peculiar premise, the world undergoes a 15 minute black out and when the lights come back on The Beatles have never existed, so nobody knows any of their songs except one man who’s a failed singer songwriter and can still remember them, so he records all their songs from memory and goes onto become the biggest pop star in the world.

There’s a funny moment when he’s googling the Beatles and their songs and nothing comes up, then he googles Oasis, and nothing comes up either!

All other bands existed as normal.

The Dying of the Light is a fine song, especially the acoustic version. I can't imagine either brothers' non-Oasis stuff has hit the heights of peak Oasis though.
