That's what actually was said. Instead of looting and rioting boycott these business (it also clearly seems to be referring to corporate rather than community business as it's urging folk to support those). Also says all communities should do this something I totally agree with.
I try to back community businesses too, FFS we even have blue pound days where the club ask people to support local businesses and partners of rangers which I also think is a great thing.

Racism never really went away in this country despite appearances. It was more hidden than defeated. I accuse myself of this as I genuinely believed racism was only a minor issue in the UK from mid 90's.
In the past 10 years though it's resurfaced and if anything people are more open about it and even encouraged by the behaviour of those in power.

I try to back community businesses too, FFS we even have blue pound days where the club ask people to support local businesses and partners of rangers which I also think is a great thing.

Sorry but you are either incredibly naive or have your head buried if you believe that.
Racism never really went away in this country despite appearances. It was more hidden than defeated. I accuse myself of this as I genuinely believed racism was only a minor issue in the UK from mid 90's.
In the past 10 years though it's resurfaced and if anything people are more open about it and even encouraged by the behaviour of those in power.
