Liverpool have two of the best forwards the league has seen in the PL era. Salah is probably top five.
With that squad, despite the injuries, they’ve really underperformed this season.
Should be blowing everyone out of the water really with the personnel at Klopp’s disposal.

You’ve been stop-start and often ineffective in possession.

Sorry Robbing, but this Liverpool squad has more world class players than any the PL has seen before. Liverpool fans have been telling us that for 24 months now, and they’ve been correct in their analysis. And this season you’ve added one of the best number nines in European football and a FIFA Men’s Best Player shortlisted CM to the mix.
VVD is obviously a massive miss. As is Gomez. Fabinho moved to CB has been a miss in the midfield too.
But you still have had available the PL’s two most talented and prolific forwards (with Aguero out of the picture). You’ve had the world’s best goalkeeper between the sticks. You’ve had Europe’s two most competent and impressive attacking fullbacks available.
You have depth now, and you have talent in depth. I don’t think there’s a stronger squad anywhere in the world now. Klopp should have you top of the league.

You could then throw in having to change the team every week (weird stat about how many different lines ups we've put out this season for example, 22 in all comps I believe).
Throw in some covid to Salah, Mane, Thiago, etc.
It's an awful and lazy analysis imo.

Sorry disagree. Attacks win you games, defence wins you titles. Proven by us in past seasons and also look at city this year. The run they are on atm is because they have stopped concedinf and winning some games woth odd goal.
And the games yoy mentioned for lfc like Brighton, wba everon or city. A strong defence could.have won extra 8 points there. The attack scored the defence didnt do well enough.

Liverpool have two of the best forwards the league has seen in the PL era. Salah is probably top five.
With that squad, despite the injuries, they’ve really underperformed this season.
Should be blowing everyone out of the water really with the personnel at Klopp’s disposal.

Not sure how much of that is sarcasm but it is evident that depsite having a strong attack it does not help you win the league. Hence we won it once virgil and ali came in. It is no suprose we struggled in those tight games in jan without virgil/gomes etc

You haven’t been failing to win games because you’ve been defensively poor; it’s because Klopp hasn’t had your attack firing through a couple of spells: couldn’t score against Burnley, us, Southampton, Newcastle; couldn’t get a winner against West Brom, Fulham, Brighton or City.
You’ve been stop-start and often ineffective in possession.
Even with the injuries, most weeks Klopp has been able to put out the strongest XI in the league, particularly offensively. They aren’t an excuse for failing to win those games listed above.

Sorry Robbing, but this Liverpool squad has more world class players than any the PL has seen before. Liverpool fans have been telling us that for 24 months now, and they’ve been correct in their analysis. And this season you’ve added one of the best number nines in European football and a FIFA Men’s Best Player shortlisted CM to the mix.
VVD is obviously a massive miss. As is Gomez. Fabinho moved to CB has been a miss in the midfield too.
But you still have had available the PL’s two most talented and prolific forwards (with Aguero out of the picture). You’ve had the world’s best goalkeeper between the sticks. You’ve had Europe’s two most competent and impressive attacking fullbacks available.
You have depth now, and you have talent in depth. I don’t think there’s a stronger squad anywhere in the world now. Klopp should have you top of the league.

Sorry disagree. Attacks win you games, defence wins you titles. Proven by us in past seasons and also look at city this year. The run they are on atm is because they have stopped concedinf and winning some games woth odd goal.
And the games yoy mentioned for lfc like Brighton, wba everon or city. A strong defence could.have won extra 8 points there. The attack scored the defence didnt do well enough.

So, our defence in numbers ain't that bad right? I can tell you right now that our entire system has had to change to allow that. You won't see BOTH Tent and Robbo over lapping now for example and I could go on but cba
You could then throw in having to change the team every week (weird stat about how many different lines ups we've put out this season for example, 22 in all comps I believe).
Throw in some covid to Salah, Mane, Thiago, etc.
It's an awful and lazy analysis imo.
