They’ve been really poor for it this year. I wonder if they overestimated their advantage from last year and have spent too much time developing next years car

Hamilton hasn't been bad. Max has been brilliant, can't take that away from him but I doubt he'd be ahead of Hamilton if it wasn't for the Merc issues.

Sounds like Lewis is in hot water. His DRS possibly was opened too much which could explain his pace. Stewards have picked up on it which means he could start at the back of the grid

Start them both at the back! Just imagine both not only fighting each other but the rest of the grid!

Lewis disqualified from qualification so will start at the back of the grid for the sprint.


Max handed a €50,000 fine for touching Hamilton’s car in parc ferme.



The stewards apparently accepted a malfunction with Lewis’s wing but there weren’t enough mitigating circumstances 🤷‍♂️

Bad news for Hamilton and it is a harsh punishment. Although we should see some great racing from Lewis in the sprint race.👍

Punishment not nearly proportionate to the crime. Personally I think they should investigate all of Hamilton's previous title "winning" cars and retroactively ban him from all of those too. Then kick him in the shins.
