Fair enough. As RR and I have discussed above, no one is perfect in this whole arena. That quote is more inflammatory that it need be, overstating Khans undeniablly dreadful record.on knife crime which has nearly doubled in his time.

And back and forth we go again with the hypocritical cotrarian and his little mate.

Tell me something daft old me doesn't get. Why are you two trying to attach your opinion on Khan's tenure with Trumps inaccurate and racist remark about Sharia Law?

You've already had to caveat 'oh no, I don't mean the racist bit, just the "terrible mayor" bit', followed by the usual deflection and semantics.

How does aligning your opinions on Khan with Trump strengthen the point your trying to make? Truth is it doesn't, it just undermines any credibility as a (self appointed) 'mediator', or moderate voice, amidst supposedly partisan debate.
