Great game to be at yesterday despite the two or three hands on foreheads moments when a Rangers forward fluffed their lines and fwcked up a couple of one on ones with Schmeichel pulling off decent blocks.

Big moments

Disallowed goal for offside - offside is offside. That's it

Sending off - unintentional but high and dangerous left ref with no choice and he had to go.

Trusty on Butland - stupid and deliberate imo. Should have been a red.

Penalty - mental decision which imo was a clear and obvious error. He's been tripped and falls to ground. Tries to turn his head away from the shot and tucks his arms in below his body (where else could they go). The ball is struck at him from 3 yards away at force. The idea that it was "going in" is as ludicrous as it is stupid. Defender and a goalie to beat and that's if the ball travels cleanly under his body. No certainties in any of that. As for wanting him booked; pathetic and at least try and understand the laws of the game.

The remainder of other points being discussed is meaningless.

Celtic thoroughly deserved the win and should have battered Rangers in the remainder of the first half and into the second. Rangers played better with 10 men but this garbage about they'd have been even better with 11 is farcical. It would just have been a different game and we were better against the 11 in any event.

We should have scored more and Rangers should have maybe had another going on chances created.

Fair result in the end. Maybe Rangers should try and be up for it like this in their other games.
