If you are seeking at long last seeking an education WTCBU, then I would suggest that there are a number of institutions that would be of more benefit to you than JA606.
no, because i am not interested in you or in your life or your well being, or in anything about you at all.
i have come on here to have a sensible discussion, which i have had with several posters, but which you have attempted to derail with your obsessions and self important delusions.

no, i just choose not to answer. there's a difference. i choose not to answer because i do not consider you to offer any value or interest as someone to converse with.
all of your previous contributions, on this thread, and on other threads ive seen, show that you are just here to make a noise about yourself, rather than bring something that add's any value of any sort to a conversation. as i have no interest in you whatsoever, i have no interest in embarking on a conversation which you will inevitably make about yourself.
why would i want to explain myself with someone who is so self obsessed that they assume that because i have posted a detailed opinion on the board that i have done so for the purpose of "educating" them ? or a person who hasnt made a single worthwhile or meaningful contribution to the whole thread but who - as usual has just made a lot of noise, thrown a lot of insults, and concluded that the leading driver on the grid is "rubbish" on the basis that he said he was rubbish 3 years ago and wont change his mind because he so deluded about himself that he thinks that if he says something it makes it right ?
it's just a total waste of my time to even lower myself to engaging with you. your sole output is to waste the time of others who could otherwise be doing something of value.
that is essentially why i have chosen not to answer - or even consider - your question. i dont want to take any notice of you because you have continually demonstrated that you are not worthy of even a moment of attention.
You have refused to answer other peoples questions.
Notice in that article, JB praises him as well because JBs title came in a similar car faster than everyone else. Paper champions have to stick together

Why insult Schumacher by comparing him to Vettel?
Towton (U11544)
In line with the spirit of the article
Personally I think vettel has proven why he is at least as good as hamilton in this one race today.
Alonso still far ahead of the pack though
it's a great era of F1 for sure, with as great a depth in talent as I remember, and with 2 or 3 (vettel and alonso, plus maybe hami) great or potentially great drivers, and at least another 2 very high class drivers in raikonnen and button.
this coupled with lots of racing and tight action on the tracks, plus some wonderful circuits, and it must be considered one of the great eras of the sport. let's enjoy it whilst this little era is with us
The depth in talent isn't as great. There are 3 standout quality drivers Alonso, Hamilton and Kimi, we've had stronger grids and more evenly matched cars in the past on numerous occasions. People will argue that there are world champions on the grid but Button and Vettel achieved their in cars so superior to everyone elses, which will always, rightly or wrongly taint their world titles
i dont agree. there's more competitive racing all the way the field than there has been in the last 20 years at least.
F1 was a prosession from about 95-2010, and what's more most of the drivers were usually dross during that period.
The last time I remember a field anything like this would be mid 80s, and that would have been highly top loaded.
This is my comparison of the current field to that field, and to a random field from the 90s :
2012 v 1998
1.Michael Shu = Alonso
2.Vettel = Hakkinen
3.Hamilton >Hill
4.Kubica > Alesi
5.Button > Villeneuve
6.Raikonnen > Fischicella
7.Webber > Rubens
8.Perez > Irvine
9.Hulkinen = Ralf
10.Di Resta > Frentzen
11.Rosberg > Coulthard
12.Michael Schum >Salo
13.Grosjean > Herbert
14.Maldinado > Truli
15.Massa > Diniz
16.Kobyashi > Panis
17. Senna > Wurz
18. Kovelinan > Verstappen
2012 15
1998 0
1.Alonso < Senna
2.Vettel < Mansell
3.Hamilton = Prost
4.Kubica > Piquet
5.Button > Berger
6.Raikonnen > Albereto
7.Webber = Johannsen
8.Perez = Boutsen
9.Hulkinen > Cheever
10.Di Resta = Patrese
11.Rosberg > Brundle
12.Michael Schum > De cheseris
13.Grosjean < Arnous
14.Maldinado > Warwick
15.Massa > Fabre
16.Kobyashi > Alious
17.Kovelinan > Nannini
18.Senna > Tarquini
2012 11
1987 2
So 2012 bears 1998 15-nil, and beats 1987 11-2.
1.Alonso < Senna
2.Vettel < Mansell
13.Grosjean < Arnous
That's 1987 = 3
7.Webber > Rubens
------------
Disagree, Barrichello was class. If it wasnt for such a dominant team-mate and more priority from his team he would have a far more successful career.
tbf, there were a couple of changes i thought of after i posted it. that was one of them. in fact though, whilst i agree that rubens > webber, he should probably move up a place to go against raikonnen, and that's probably a draw for rbens at best. alesi should probably shift down a place or two as well, but overall, it makes very little difference.
the top 5 of the f1 field atm is just about as strong as there has ever been, and the midfield is stronger than ever. the competitiveness of the racing is also the best i remember for over 20 years as well.
Kubica?
==========
obvisously it's a bit of a cheat in a way, but you could say that he is a current racer who is just injured. i suspect that if he wasnt currently injured he would comfortably be a top 6 driver, and probably top 4.
The racing is competitive because of the tyres, KERS and the DRS.
Take them out of the equation and let the boys race and we'll see how good they are
