Kaboul is soooooooooooo good when fit. I dont think he is a crock though, I cant see this being similar to Ledleys injury, we will just have to wait a while till he becomes 100% again.

I think you missed out on Jores Okore who Villa have just singed for a snip at £4million from Danish club Nordsjaelland. We (Chelsea) we in for him and he was very keen but ultimately turned us down in favour of getting more minutes (I actually think he made a good call). He is just 20 years old and has established him self in the Danish team (of Ivorian decent), is fast, powerful and a really good competitor. He has played well in the CL already too.

I think he could’ve slotted in very well alongside Vertonghen.

I think Chronic is spot on when it comes to Vert. Good in the tackle, ok in the air, great on the ball and going forward, but inept when it comes to defensive positioning.

Vert is top class - Overrated?! Don't think so... Made team of the year, won player of the month, made some brilliant last ditch challenges and earned us more points than any other defender.

again i did qualify this by saying that i think his attacking prowess overshadows his defensive frailties.

no spurs fan can sit there and say that verts hasnt been caught out on a fairly regular basis this season.

yeah. i cannot understand why some spurs fans cannot see that although vertonghen is good, some areas of his defensive game need big improvements this coming season

You don't become a bad player overnight, I'd like to see BAE given another full season.

Saying that, do we have any interest / hope in getting luke shaw? Or is he destined for Utd or Chelsea?
