Walter Smith on the stand this morning made a comment that he was sacked twice by Rangers.
Really?
Must admit I never thought he was sacked either.
Neither did I, but it's his quote.
I thought that was something that was claimed never happened to Gers managers, that they were never sacked?
******************************************************
The also claim they never died

His exact quote is "I was given no notice period on the two occasions I was sacked" This was in reference to a managers severance package etc.
Very strange to be honest, don't think he ever deserved to be sacked

After being picked, Judge Lady Stacey asked the jury to "consider matters" before evidence was to be heard in the case.
She said: "There has been some degree of publicity about Mr Whyte and Rangers - putting it at its broadest - over the last number of years.
"Do you know Mr Whyte? Do you know anyone personally who may be a witness?
"During May 2010 and May 2011 (time of charges), were you a shareholder, bond holder of season ticket holder of Rangers?
"Ask yourself is there any good reason why you cannot be an impartial member of this jury."
I am surprised she never reframed the last question and aimed it at Whyte's lawyer

Who is his lawyer? Donald Findlay QC?
Curly I thought that as well

"no your honour"
Eck-no, sacked as manager. He's actually said twice that he's been sacked.

Can we see said quote please op ?
Christ, is that James Doleman at it?
Isn't he the guy who once asked for funding to go to a trial down in London involving Ashley and King?
Doleman
Better following the BBC news guy. He's not a Tim
Again IE goes for the man and not the ball. He's quoted what Smith has said.
Why has he said he was sacked twice?
Doesn't make any sense.
Why would smith be sacked after doing 3 Ina row ya fkn nugget?
I play the man when he's spouting pash
Regardless of Doleman's credentials I don't think he would quote lies on a live high profile court case.
He might be a tad obsessed but I'd like to think he wouldn't open himself up to slander on a court case.

So, you're suggesting Smith has lied under oath then IE? That's interesting...

Is that the mental guy that crowdfunds from Celtic fans to attend any trial connected with Rangers?

What makes him mental? The fact that he's a court reporter?
