Which part is rational?

Precisely. Is it rational to follow an unproven deity? A myth? Legend?

Now can you explain that to a lay person Screen?
Or did you just memorize it without understanding?
What is entropy?
Is it not a measure of disorderliness?
In other words the law is saying that: a system cannot
Spontaneously ( on its own) becomes less entropic
(Or more orderly) as it tends towards equilibrium:
Now is that description wrong, Mr Screen?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
entropy is a mathematical term devised to explain heat and energy transfer in through a boundary. you are trying to use "disorderliness" in its literal value to interpret in a way to suit your agenda. thermodynamic entropy and disorderliness of socity/world is two completely different things
You see, even I used to be afraid of God.
I thought to myself that if he existed then I
would be responsible, to be held accountable.
I would pretend to be interested in really knowing
what the truth is, but actually I was lying to myself.
How did I discover that? Because whenever
someone would come along with an argument, I
would deliberately ignore it ( Football bloodyhell).
Someone asked for reasons why people believe in
God, as if he really wanted to know.
But you see that he has no interest in the matter in that
he has ignored the response given to him on the matter.
Lets keep deluding ourselves.
=======
I went off to eat mate ! As far as I know you were at least prepared to answer my question so thanks for that. I genuinely wanted to know as I cannot see any reason for believing in god unless you have had some vision or a voice from the heavens. Some tangible evidence and not the book that you are encouraged to read from an early age and gets taught in schools.
And wtf are you on about deluding oneself. You are deluding yourself.
Most people are scared of death or have problems, religion is a comfort to them. If religion wasn't used as a preaching vehicle,or weapon or to prohibit things I might live and let live but when whole countries are brainwashed and things such as abortion, contraception, women having an education are prohibited yes I have a big problem with it.
When you go to a football match and two sets of supporters hatred runs so deep because of different religious beliefs, it's pathetic. They are the same vermin, look the same, live in the same city, do the same things.
Religion is bollx !!
Wayne,
This point that you made -
"3) I have seen things happen against the laws of physics. Things physics would call impossible.
But they happened because a certain name of Jesus
was called upon."
Could you elaborate more on that? Completely understand if you don't want to, just genuinely curious of your experiences.

More bull...near death experiences and all that no doubt. Dr bull !!
so we cant teach that everyone has the right to believe in any religion without being subjected to any kind of discrimination without teaching every major religion?
==================================
I must have misread your comment, but still don't agree with it. I'm a Christian, but went a majority Muslim school. I'm actually more tolerant of the religion if anything.
It does make me sad the way Muslims are sometimes betrayed in the media.
Bloodyhell,
I disagree. I too have seen things happen against the laws of physics when the name Jesus was called upon.
Admittedly, his surname was Navas though....

I asked the same thing and he called me an animal
Haha Melton !! But he therefore is the son of Eric !!
Wow I have never seen so many ill informed opinions about religion.
How many here have read the Quran in it's original Arabic?
Screen stick with it.. Religion IS bollx !!

Calm down mate
If you think religion is bad then you're worse by creating/trying to create a hatred of religion.

Judging from your comments I don't think you read actual books mate.
Screen
It is used to represent heat transfer because heat transfer causes
* increased disorderliness in the receiving medium
And
* less disorderliness in the heat-losing medium.
So its still basically about orderliness.
It takes a lot of energy to package free energy, which is disordered, into matter, which is more ordered: the energy of bonding. Now this unnatural.
Its unnaturallness is proven by the phenomenon of decay. Decay is natural , creation is unnatural.
Melton blue:
When you see a lame person stand and walk it is very unnatural.
One energy is needed to repair the deformed bones, vitalize the morbid soft tissues and re-establish function as in a healthy limb.
Now for that repair process to occur in a few seconds is supernatural.
And I am sure you've heard of a few but maybe doubt it.
Exactly Greatteams.. abortion, contraception,Jihad amongst other things

And you witnessed this personally in a hospital or where ? Did you know the person ?
I certainly don't read the Bible, though it's on a par with the Daily Mail !!
I'm going to start posting the word of god in Nabataean just to weed out the pretenders.
I'll stop caring when religion doesn't have such an impact on things it has no right to have an impact on.

It's not for you to decide what has/doesn't have a right.

Wayne,
Can I ask who you saw do it? I'd be interested to know what that person does as well. Again, genuinely curious.
If you want to inflame even more there is a pecking order of worst religions !!
