It's suggested Jose doesn't like using youth players or bringing talent through.
Can anyone name some if these top talents he has wasted ?
______________
Here's a thought...Try asking the people who "suggested" this in the first place. That's how a forum works.
Also, if Jose does not promote youngsters then how on earth is anyone supposed to name the youngsters that he did not promote? Funnily enough, I don't have a detailed database of all the youth teams of every club that Jose has worked for.
Trust this OP to ask a question back to front instead of just looking at which youngsters Jose has actually promoted in his career - like any intelligent person would.

I am trying to help you with something that will be very beneficial once you enter the work place.
If you can't understand that being a of a boss will not end up with a fully productive work force, then good luck.
Haha, don't worry bout me bro. I'll be a great boss and I'll treat all my underlings great.

And if you do things will have a much better chance of working out for you than if you pee them off.
Consider this a good lesson for you on life.
And also as a good guide as to why Jose is at fault as well as the Chelsea players.
And I will add another valuable lesson for you.
The buck will always stop with the manager.
Eh, if I was a player I still would've given it my all. I mean, ain't those guys embarrassed by how badly they played this season and the teams they lost to? You'd think they'd have more pride than that.

Let's not pretend we would be playing all these youth players without these injuries.
But it is my biggest fear about Jose, that we'd never see a fairytale story like Rashford.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
and you'd be right to worry...
wow someone with a lower U No than me...
----------------------------------------------------------------------
There's only one 007 though..
----------------------------------------------------------------------
actually there's been 7 of them
----------------------------------------------------------------------
yes indeed...I have the gig covered on here...
Eh, if I was a player I still would've given it my all.

Football doesn't work that way.
There are an abundance of sacked managers out there who have lost the dressing room for one reason or another.

Mourinho should also be responsible for playing the same under-performing players then.
To make it clear he isn't 100% responsible, however he was probably the catalyst in falling out with any of the players.

My stance on Jose is either way. If we get him, fine, you can not deny the success that goes with him.
If we don't get him, fine, you can't deny the baggage that accompanies Jose.
If we don't get Jose, I am sure the board will be looking at some of the other managers out there most of which I don't really know enough about to have an educated opinion.
Poch at Spurs and Simeone for instance.
So did I halfway through and it was still ignored. Rdd really is a terrible poster.
