Nothing....as long as the religious one realises no one is actually listening
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Why are you so arrogant and sure that you're correct?
(again I'm not religious)

Why do you have such an issue with a normal person who finds solace in Reliogion and get's so much from it while also giving back to their community.

See that's what I meant by nice peolel can be nicer with religion, for example they may donate to the church who uses money to help poor people in teh community (St vincent de Paul for example)

No...again I am talking about things written in the Bible.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Sorry i didn't realise that the bible had chapter on pedo priest going to heaven.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Does it need one?
As long as he says sorry for rape/murder/abuse he gets his ticket anyway
----------------------------------------------------------------------
again... who is saying this. Clearly you have no clue. If it is not in the Bible and in the teachings surely that tells you it's people not the religion.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The religious people......people.....people he says...it's not people....
Of course its not the religion itself because...whisper it....he is not real...and PEOPLE made him.....
----------------------------------------------------------------------
and you know that how...

You want evidence, that's your whole premise. But what you clearly have no clue about is that there has been some evidence of Noah, Jesus, Moses, Abraham, Muhammed. Do you want me to go on.

To be honest all religions help the community out, by helping or charity money. I have never seen that from an atheist group (not to say they don't do charity individually).

It's fine to not believe and to question why people do but it's so annoying to see the smug outright dismissal of any good that religion can do based on your own single minded beliefs.

Galv can you name a few people whose boos yo may read or whose opinion you value?

You've never seen that from an atheist group? Go through the charity shops in your high street in your head - how many of them are religious? How many events are organised locally by local clubs, or a scout group? Pffft. Bloody church gets all the credit.

yeah they have appeared as images on various food items over the years.

I think you will find most of them have been started up from religious backgrounds. You clearly do not have a clue.

Evidence in particular Noahs ark is out there, google it. And if you want to go as far as your statement as you have never actually seen it. Then how the F do you know the earth is round.

I'm not sure where the anger is coming from, indeed noah's ark has appeared as an image in some Heinz Tomato soup.

Well the way KYB is debating is that it has never been seen before his eyes or if there are articles it's made up. With that logic who is to say the videos have not been made up.

What a weird lie. You clearly don't actually know what people actually do, so you make up a horrible version.

That's not ture Koeman, do you think a religious based soup kitchen asks the homeless to prove what religion they are before the give them soup?

People keep mixing up religion and faith, I do not know why.

Even the crusades were not a religious war, it was politics.

Politics is the reason for the wars that have been fought, religion is just a side note

That is why the first thing IS did was to do a land grab and try to destabilise the region and why they kill more muslims than anyone else
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The Crusades were a series of religious wars sanctioned by the Latin Church between the 11th and 16th centuries
The aim was to capture the sacred places in the Holy Land from the Muslims who lived there, so it was intended as a war to right wrongs done against Christianity....
----------------------------------------------------------------------

no it wasnt.

It was dictated by greed and politics.

This is the problem with people having a basic knowledge of history taught in school. They believe it as gospel (no pun intended)

It may surprise you but florence nightingales ''hospitals'' were not the best and soldiers seeing the lady in the lamp were horrified and more likely to die
