Don't get me wrong, what they are going through is horrible for all involved, and I hope they can all stay in tact, but we shouldn't be consoling ourselves all the time with "It could be so much worse".

We could say that about literally any situation ever.

"Arsenal are in the relegation zone? Ah, stop complaining, pal. You could be in League Two. Be grateful for where you are".

This is the sort of mentality that leads us to abject failure.

Him and Ndombele in midfield would be pretty good. Hope this doesn't happen since they haven't managed to shift Ericksen yet

We are fcked if this happens. Spurs may become legitimate title challengers if they continue to bring in players of this calibre.

Of course he's part of the problem, but we should still be doing far better than we are without his input.
