What should be a higher authority in Poland? Polish law or EU law.

There are no mechanisms to expel a member state. Rights and privilages can be suspended but there's no procedures for 'kicking out' a member.

I’m surprised how patient the EU has been with Poland and Hungary, they’ve got some outdated beliefs when it comes to homosexuality and not to mention their issues with racism.
