It's HUGE pawl, HUMONGOUS!

Think the Tories will still win, it's one of the safest seats
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I hope the Tories hang on, can you imagine the Layla Moran interviews if the Libs take it!!?

She'll be even more condescending than normal.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
But not more condescending than telling the public to abide by rules and then instantly acting above those rules
----------------------------------------------------------------------
So a few civil servants broke the rules and we should all be outraged.

The way the Mirror are going on you'd think the Tory front bench rocked up at an illegal warehouse party in Brixton and got as high as kites.

As I said the other day I don't think he'll lead the Tories into the next GE but everybody who voted for him knew he was a bounder and a cad so there's little point in getting upset about it now it's being proved.

It's not so much they broke the law, (and from info available, the various parties attended by more than just civil servants). It's the blatant lying, and desperate attempts to cover the parties up.

From my understanding the scandal has been widely reported across the media (from all backgrounds). Both the Mail and Telegraph, (two ardent Tory supporters) had front page headlines condemning the government.

Giants vs Steelers (double header in Belfast) was called off yesterday. In footballing terms Liverpool vs Man Utd (top two in the league)

There’s gonna be a huge fixture pile up now for some teams, this is meant to be the busiest period of the season too.

It's in my home town and a pub crawl. We can only do it properly if the puns are open as normal.

It's a great day. Meet at 12 in the same pub every year. Then have a different event in each pub I the town. Pool tournament, darts tournament, pub quiz, boat race etc. Usually descends into chaos by about 5pm. I had all three emergency services called one year.

France have banned travellers from the UK unless they have a compelling reason. Looks like we are going back to no travel.

Geoffrey Cox's constituents must be concerned about whether they will be able to attend their local MP's surgery in the Caribbean.

BBC:

‘Nearly a quarter of patients brought to hospital in an ambulance are facing dangerous delays getting into hospital in England, NHS data shows.

Ambulances are meant to hand over patients within 15 minutes of arriving.

But in the past week 23% out of nearly 84,000 patients brought in waited over 30 minutes…

Dr Ian Higginson, vice president of the Royal College of Emergency Medicine, said it reflected the whole system was under "intolerable pressure".
"Emergency departments are full and with no beds to move patients into ambulances are being held outside and unsafe handover delays are becoming normalised rather than being seen for the failure that they represent.‘

Next couple of months might be pretty difficult. Many NHS trusts were warning by the start of November that beds were at 90%+ capacity already.
